Invicta's athletes were very successfull at the Kent Championships at Swanley.

In the Vet 50 men's race Invicta gained the silver team medal with Martin Knapp, John Wilkins and Tony Culshaw. Other runners were Trevor Edgely, Merv Brameld John Batty and Mike Desborough.
In the Vet 60 men's race Martyn Rouse got the individual gold medal and Mike Conway the individual silver, with Eddie Broad making up the team for gold.
The Vet 45 Ladies, the gold medal was won in a sprint finish by Vicky Talbot-Rosner and Janice Moorekite and Fayne Brenner made up the winning team.
The Vet 40 Men's team came eigth with Nick Brawn, Peter Bowell, Andy Budd and Martin Leggett.
In the clubman's race the team silver was gained by Tatsuo Yoshiwara, Michael Gore, Tim Sutton, and Chris Slayter, with Mark Wilkins and Arthur Martin not far behind and Cally Smith and Natalie Bent ran in the club women's race. Please see Kent County AA website for full results.
