• Only my 2nd 10k managed a PB of 55.30 i liked the chip timing much better way of doing it and times were posted very quick

• The chip timing was excellent along with the great medal and t-shirt

• Lovely autumnal views. plenty of drinks stations. Nice friendly atmosphere. Couple of hills, not too challenging! All with chip timing. A great day out.

• Great value for money:medal,good quality tee-shirt,chip timing. Excellent organisation:well marshalled,especially considering some of the roads are very busy. Efficient pre-race arrangements with no long queue for timing chips etc. Early results available within minutes of the finish.
