Seven IEK contest 14 events in joint team with Paddock Wood's under-20s

Chris Chancellor recorded an impressive 50.0 seconds to win A string 400m, then he scorched the Sutcliffe Park track to victory in 200m with a scintillating 22.2 to go 3rd on the IEK All-time under-20 rankings, behind James Bridge (2001) and Robert Nettleton (1985)

Doubling the same events as Chris, Sean Valand was 3rd in both, his 53.0 in the longer sprint putting him 8th on the club's All-time under-20 ranking

Jake Rogers (u-17)  &  Rebecca Weston both recorded

untroubled wins by big margins - Jake at 3,000m and Rebecca at 800m

Annabel Carter (u-17) was 4th in 200m A, an hour and a half after finishing 2nd at 400m when she posted the club's =4th fastest u-17 time.  Emily Hosker Thornhill was 2nd in both 400m B and 1500m A

Busiest IEK athlete of the day was Charlotte Burnett who contested 3 of the 4 throws. winning the B string Hammer and coming 4th in both Javelin and Discus
