A week after the club's 10mile road race another nine road runners from our club braved another cold morning run. In addition to this two of Peter's training group also shone on what is considered to be a fast 10km course.

Liz Weeks was 1st female home in 36.38, a new PB Fantastic. placed 17th overall.

Alistair McKean was delighted with his time of 39.25, placed 53rd overall.

Chris Holmes was the first Invicta athlete home with an impressive 35.08 placed 5th overall. Considering Chris has not run competitively since last June due to injury, the comeback is even more special, well done.
