[img:668r]Representing INVICTA's PADDOCK (IEK + Paddock Wood combined U-20 League team) Chris Chancellor [RIGHT] recorded his first sub-50 seconds for 400m when he ran South of England finalist Omari Markland-Montgomery (Cambridge Harriers) to within 2/10 of a second. Chris is already this season's u-20 IEK club champion at 400m and his 49.8 at Dartford is the fastest 400m by any IEK member for over 20 years - it is less than half a second outside Kevin Ruck's 32 year-old u-20 club mark of 49.4 and it takes him to 46th in this season's UK National u-20 rankings. Callum Barling Jeffery was 4th in all events contested as A string - Long (5.34m) High (1.60m) Triple (11.20m) - Jacob Burton and Beth Burnett (both A string of the 800m) were also 4th, Jacob with 2.09.9 and Beth with 2.40.5. Beth recorded 9.40m (B Discus) and 9.50m (B Javelin) where sister Charlotte (A string in both) posted a season's best discus of 17.80m for 4th and then went on to win the B Hammer with 16.01m.
