TIM & VICKY INVITE INVICTA MEMBERS TO A SUMMER CLUB BBQ !!

Dear ALL,
Invicta members and those training with the club - how about a race followed by a fabulous BBQ???
Then enter the Wingham 10K... 5K... & family fun runs. I will have entry forms soon so email me if you require one sent out, or see me at the club on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Adisham, about 3 mile form Wingham
Bring your own meat, fish or veggie stuff... Salad & bread will be provided.
