Kent track 10,000m championships - 2009

3 golds, 1 bronze + 4th at 10,000m county track championships

IEK athletes Andy Cope (u20) Brianna Zoll (Senior) and Sharon Hawkins (v-45) netted a gold medal each in the Kent track championships at Bromley in late June - Sharon in a new v-45 record time of 39m 13.2
Vet-40 Peter Bowell helped himself to bronze while, in the Senior men's event, Mark Wilkins (4th) was 7 seconds faster than last year when winning bronze.
