Club veteran supremo John Gilbert (vet-65) contested no fewer than 6 events, winning 4 silver medals (Long Jump, Triple Jump, Discus & Javelin) and a bronze in Shot. John was 4th in Hammer where all competitors cleared 30 metres, John for the first time this season.

John's 9.82m for Shot is his first over 9 metres this season and the 30.62m Discus improves his season best set in May in the Kent Vet League at Canterbury

Meanwhile, David Glendower collected 2 gold medals in vet-40 Shot (7.21m) and Hammer (23.00m) and his Discus throw of 19.67m earned him the silver medal
