Hannah Biddiss (right) contested 4 events, posting her best performances so far in IEK red - Hannah is a Senior Woman who competed in the black vest of Blackheath Bromley Hannah's 200 & 400m times take her to 4th & 3rd on this year's Club female sprint rankings, but it was her time over 400hurdles which caught the eye, almost 5 seconds faster than her previous best at Woking in May
Beverley Newing (u-20) is pictured left on the first leg of the 4 x 400 relay, her 5th event of the day having already raced both 100 & 200, done the Long Jump and also the 4 x 100 relay
Team Manager Sharon Hawkins (left) and Sue Cooper (right) doubled for 3,000m then Sharon did 1500m & Long Jump while Sue did two jumps (high and triple) and two throws (Discus & Hammer)

Both Lucy Clarke (CC) and Kyla Clay (C) recorded 800m pbs Kyla posted IEK's 3rd fastest ever vet-35 time Lucy (vet-40) appeared absolutely everywhere.... 400m, 800m, 1500m, Triple Jump and both relays... |
