Juniors can start from age 7 and are carefully guided through the basics of the sport until they are comfortable with the various disciplines they will encounter.
Senior athletes are slotted into appropriate groups, depending on experience and ability. No athlete is rejected on the basis of ability. The club is committed to ensuring that equity is incorporated across all aspects of its development.
Invicta East Kent Athletics Club are affiliated to UK Athletics, KCAA and SEAA.

Please assemble your teams for the 40k relay! 100 laps. Teams of 4-8 (minimum distance of 4k per athlete, with a minimum single leg of 800m). Saturday 23rd May 1PM. The Canterbury Academy. £500 sponsorship per team, prize for the winners.
