On a record breaking Saturday afternoon at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford, London, Invicta's Charlotte Henrich, broke the Welsh 400m record for the second time in less than a month.
At only 19 years old Charlotte holds her own accolade as the fastest ever teenager over 400m with Saturday seeing her run another new personal best of 50.45 seconds, this time was 0.13 seconds off the previous pb she set in June, as she finished eighth.
The teenager has now twice beaten the 44-year Welsh record set by Michelle Scutt, which was set in 1982.
We look forward to seeing her competing at the Commonwealth Games, where she will be competing for Wales in the 400m. She previously won silver at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago in 2023.
Well done Charlotte, everyone at Invicta is very proud of your achievements so far and are excited to see what Glasgow brings!
