It was a great weekend for Invicta athletes performing well in a range of national and international competitions:

1 . Charlotte Henrich won the European U20 women’s 400m in Finland with a time of 51.68. Very high profile win, currently ranked 7 in UK for 400m

2. Alex Millard was in a high quality 5000m in Belgium and smashed her PB by 16 seconds running 15m 02.64s. Also ranked 7 in the UK and racing a 3000m in the Diamond league in Poland this Friday in a really stacked field.

3. ⁠Olly Downes won the U17 National Decathlon with a championship record score of 6759 points. He is nationally ranked 1.

4. ⁠Victor Redman reached the final of the National U17 100m and on the way set a large PB of 10.87s. He is ranked 11 in the UK.

5. ⁠Jacob Clark Jones reached the final of the National U15 80m hurdles where he also set a large PB of 11.39s. He is ranked 7 in the UK.
