Vitality London 10k - 28 Oct 2025

On Sunday 28th September, in perfect running conditions, Rebecca and Anna Weston joined 17,000 other runners to line up at the start of the Vitality London 10K race.

Invicta East Kent AC’s Rebecca Weston finished in a PB time of 33mins 48 secs in 4th place behind Eilish McColgan, Jessica Warner-Judd and Alex Bell – making her the first non-elite woman to cross the finish line on the Mall. Keeping it a family affair, she was followed a few minutes later by her sister Anna Weston who finished with a PB of 37 mins 35 secs.

Rebecca’s race came on the back of a tremendous performance at the Copenhagen half marathon two weeks earlier where despite dreadful weather she finished 43rd woman out of a field of over 21,000 finishers in a PB time of 1 hour, 14 mins and 39 secs, placing her 45th fastest senior woman in the UK this year for the half marathon.
