Sprints group with Claire Training.
The group consists of mainly 100m and 200m runners but we do also train for 300/400m too and have seen some great success with 400m runners in the past. We offer a variety of training and tend to alternate the sessions for some longer speed endurance, shorter speed sessions and more technical sessions. Athletes don't need to commit to all three sessions but attending at least two will give them the opportunity to have variety in their training. Claire is a qualified Level 2 Speed Coach and has been actively coaching with Invicta for nearly 13 years!
